Participation & Registration
To participate in InZane 2026, you register using the online form .
The registration fee for the event is €75 per person – this includes organization and infrastructure as well as your personal event merchandise (T-shirt, patch, etc.) .*
Once your registration and payment have been received, you will receive the exclusive booking link for the hotel .
Please do not attempt to book without registering; without the special link you receive after registration, you will not get a room.

- For cancellations made before 20.06.2026 at 23:59, 20% of the total price will be charged.
- For cancellations made before 02.07.2026 at 23:59, 60% of the total price will be charged.

Note:
Parking spaces directly at the hotel are exclusively for motorcycles.
We are currently looking for alternative parking spaces for cars and trailers.
* Registration for the meeting must be completed by January 30, 2026, as hotel rooms are only reserved until this date. Cancellations are only refundable until May 1, 2026; after that date, the registration fee is forfeited.
