Roadcaptain's Words – VRCC InZane 2026
Welcome to VRCC InZane 2026!
It's great that you're all here and racking up the miles with us. To ensure we all arrive back safe and sound and can enjoy the gathering, here are a few clear words beforehand:
- We are guests on public roads. This means we adhere to the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) and the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO) without exception. Traffic lights, speed limits, no-overtaking zones, and all other rules apply in convoys as well – without exception.
- Everyone drives at their own risk and responsibility. Only you decide what speed is right for you and what maneuvers you perform. Don't let anyone pressure you into anything that doesn't feel safe.
- The organizers, tour guides, and helpers assume no liability for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss. We plan carefully, but as you know, motorcycling always carries a certain risk.
- Riding in a group doesn't mean blindly following along. Always maintain a safe distance, choose your line and speed so you can react at any time. If the pace is too fast, slow down – safety always comes first.
- We ride in a staggered formation as a group, do not overtake within the convoy, and maintain the agreed order. Nobody has to prove how fast they are – this is a group ride, not a race.
- Alcohol and driving are mutually exclusive. If you drive, stay sober – period.
- Listen to the instructions of the road captains and tour guides. They know the route, rest stops, fuel stops and critical points, and they ensure that everyone stays together.
By participating in the rides, you acknowledge these rules and agree to abide by them. This way, we can all work together to ensure that InZane 2026 is a gathering we'll fondly remember – and not one we won't soon forget because of an avoidable accident.
