What if I have to cancel my participation?
Cancellation of registration:
Registration for the meeting must be completed by January 30, 2026, as hotel rooms are only reserved until this date. Cancellations are only refundable until May 1, 2026; after that date, the registration fee is forfeited.
Hotel:
- Free cancellation possible until June 2nd, 2026, 11:59 PM
- For cancellations made before 20.06.2026 at 23:59, 20% of the total price will be charged.
- For cancellations made before 02.07.2026 at 23:59, 60% of the total price will be charged.
- For cancellations made later, 80% of the total price will be charged.

Registration captcha
The so-called CAPTCHA used during registration is designed to prevent unauthorized logins from robots that constantly scour the web for login opportunities. Such a security system is unfortunately essential nowadays if the system is to be secure.
The answer to the mathematical problem displayed to the left of the field must be entered into the CAPTCHA. Currently, robots cannot perform such calculations.
