2. Collection and storage of personal data

When you visit this website, your browser automatically transmits technical information. This includes:

• IP address
• Date and time of access
• Name and URL of the retrieved file
• Referrer URL
• browser used, operating system and provider

This data is processed solely to ensure technical stability and security (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) and is automatically deleted after a short period of time.

3. Processing during event registration

The following information is collected via the online registration form (Convert Forms Pro):

• First and Last Name
• Email address and telephone number
• VRCC number, motorcycle type, T-shirt size, nationality and notes
• possibly data of a second person

The purpose is to process and manage event registrations and to communicate with participants.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract).
Additional voluntary information is provided based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

4. Data sharing

Your data will only be shared if you have given your consent, if it is necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, or if there is a legal basis for doing so. Data will not be transferred to third countries.

5. Storage duration

Personal data from the registration will be stored for up to four weeks after the end of the event ( VRCC InZane 2026 ) and then deleted, unless there are legal retention obligations.

6. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies (session cookies). No tracking or analysis tools are used.
Legal basis: Section 25 Paragraph 2 TTDSG in conjunction with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR.

7. Photos and videos during the event

Photos and videos may be taken during the event. These may be published for club reports and documentation purposes (e.g., website, social media).
