VRCC InZane 2026 is a private gathering of members and friends of the Valkyrie Riders Community Club (VRCC). It is not a commercial or publicly accessible event, a race, or a travel service. Participation is entirely at your own risk and responsibility.
2. Disclaimer
The organizers, helpers and responsible persons of VRCC InZane 2026 are not liable for personal injury, property damage or financial loss that occurs before, during or after the event, unless intentional or grossly negligent conduct can be proven.
This disclaimer also applies to the personal liability of vicarious agents, helpers, and external services and service providers commissioned to carry out the event.
Each participant bears civil and criminal responsibility for all damages caused by him/her or the vehicle used.
3. Behavior and personal responsibility
Participants agree to comply with all applicable traffic regulations and to keep their vehicles roadworthy. No racing or competition will take place. Protective clothing and helmets are mandatory. Participants must follow the instructions of the organizers and helpers.
4. Photo and video recordings
Photos and videos may be taken during the event and used for club or event reporting (website, social media). By participating, attendees consent to the use of these recordings. This consent can be revoked at any time by email.
