InZane 2026 – We're on the home stretch!

Things are getting serious: InZane 2026 is fast approaching and we're in the midst of final planning. Time for an update.
Accommodation & Participant List
The enormous interest initially kept us quite busy with the issue of hotel accommodation. As many of you know, it took some time, but almost everyone has now been able to make a firm reservation.
A few registered but then didn't get back to us – we've removed those places from our plans.
Unfortunately, we've also had some cancellations, mostly due to health reasons. We sincerely wish you a speedy recovery and all the best for your upcoming procedures.
Our participant list has been updated accordingly; so please don't be surprised if the number in the overview on the website has decreased slightly.
In parallel, with the now confirmed number of participants, we have started production of the InZane merchandise. Since we are partially making advance payments and entering into contractual obligations, a refund of the participation fee is generally no longer possible. Of course, we will still consider cases of genuine hardship.
Program – Framework & Atmosphere

Our main goal: to create the perfect setting for a truly convivial weekend.
The hotel will be entirely ours during the meeting – the rooms will be ready for car talk, celebrations, dancing, and general socializing. You can find further details about the program on the website.
Friday – Special program
Friday brings a very special highlight:
Our long-time members Ochsy and Kathrin have decided to formalize their relationship after many years of living together and officially tie the knot. Of course, you are all invited to celebrate this moment with them. Details to follow soon.
Of course, you can also spend Friday on the street and enjoy the beautiful area.
Tour suggestions & destinations (Friday)
We are preparing for you:
- several tour suggestions and
- a list of interesting destinations in the area
You can use these as inspiration for your own tours.
- If you are interested in offering a guided tour as a tour guide, please contact us.
- We are very happy to receive further tour suggestions and recommendations for special spots.
Joint outing on Saturday
We're planning a group ride for Saturday. The details are still being finalized. We're currently checking with the relevant authorities to see if we can ride as a large convoy.
Regardless of the final approval, we have a common destination, which we'll reach either as one large group or in several smaller groups. We'll let you know more details as soon as everything is confirmed.
Technical assistance & minor repairs
For urgent technical problems, we will set up an on-site service for minor repairs and emergency assistance .
Planned services include:
- some common spare parts
- motorcycle lift
- Tool
This should solve most of the typical minor issues that might arise while traveling.

If you want to offer parts for the Valkyrie or anything else related to the motorcycle or VRCC for sale, we have a room available where you can display them.
Park
For those arriving by motorcycle on a trailer or by car only:
Please note that only motorcycles can park on the hotel grounds. Cars and trailers must use the designated parking areas outside the hotel – details to follow.
